Casey McDonald has worked within the Real Estate Industry for over 23 years and her enthusiasm is as strong as ever. Director of our company Casey is a fully licensed Estate Agent who knows that people skills are at the heart of the property industry. Her business structure is based on providing constant and clear communication to her clients, listening to her clients needs and tailoring a individual service to meet her clients expectations at all times. As a career Property Manager Casey is not only aware of the various stresses that vendors, purchasers, tenants and landlords are under, but she enjoys applying her talents to match-make the perfect client to the perfect property. A friendly face, Casey prides herself being approachable and personable. As her clients and customers attest, she will always follow through, and her 23 years in the business has taught her to expect the unexpected. Ken and his wife Casey of 14 yeras are now the only husband and wife real estate team withing the Colac region.

Keegan comes from a background of customer service and sales with over a decade of retail and hospitality management experience. Already with a sound knowledge of the Real Estate industry owing to many years of keen interest Keegan has set to work completing his Agent's Representative Certificate and will assist both Casey in Property Management and Ken in Sales before deciding on which direction he wishes to take his emerging career. Keegan is a fun and enjoyable personality, but is also very driven and we look forward to seeing what he can achieve with us here at Casey McDonald Realty.

Monica has been a bright a bubbly addition to the office staff, keeping things organised and running smoothly. With her exceptional customer service skills honed from her retail experience, Monica ensures that every visitor feels welcomed and heard. Her attentive ear and genuine desire to understand clients' needs make her an ideal guide, pointing them in the right direction for the assistance they seek.
Monica is now developing her personal assistant skills by aiding our director, Casey, to ensure that things continue to run smoothly as our company continues to grow and develop.
Monica will also be working alongside our Property Management team to help them remain compliant and up to date within the ever-growing world of real estat. Monica has recently completed her Agent's Representative Certificate, so she can take on more in depth and involved role within the property management team.

A fresh face to the Casey McDonald Realty team, Jessica is moving ahead in leaps and bounds and tackling all things with a smile and striving to do the best for all clients and customers.
Coming from a background in customer service and administration has given her the skills required to ensure that the administrative needs of all who walk through the door are met in a timely manner.
Jessica is also working towards her Agents Representative Certificate, so she may become more involved in the sales process and help ensure the sales team and their clients are supported during the whole process.
